with tasting of our wines + the limoncino (total of 5 glasses)
with pairing with typical dishes of the 5 TERRE:
appetizers (anchovies our way (salted, fried, stuffed, marinated, baked, carpione) muscoli alla marinara and muscoli ripieni), first courses (spaghetti with muscle ragu, gnocchi with pesto, fish ravioli ) main courses (baked caught fish of the day, baked king prawns, ) but also beef tenderloin and tagliata.
Homemade desserts, tarts and cantucci.
3) SPECIAL MENUS
Once a week we organize theme nights: Sushi Time, Grilled Fish or Meat, panigacci and testaroli ... all with our wood-fired oven.
